~ Escape Hatch This hand written note, I’ve left just for you. Do as you will, as I chose to do. Time is too late, for changing my mind, My desperate soul, crossed over the line. Death be my savior, from a life I declined, Sword through my heart, thousands of times, Nothingness welcomed, freedom to rest, Wet bloody daggers, removed from my chest. Lips gently moistened, a sweet kiss of death, I’ve surrendered to you, my last human breath. I fear not your darkness, nor do I fear light, Either gladly accepted, in lieu of a life. Bonnie, this says so much and is so very strong and has so much inspiring strength. Those daggers rip and tear. The last two lines say it all. Either way is better than that constant dagger slowly killing. Superb! xoox
