May the stars in the heaven shine,
casting their rays down from above,
bringing peace to the heart and mind,
of those we cherish and truly do love.
May the wind flow gently in the sky,
cool breeze in the warmth of the sun,
for those we cherish and for the shy,
realizing we share this world as one.
May we all enjoy the pouring rain,
gift of life which the heavens give,
cleanses the soul from earthly pain,
removing our thirst so we can live.
May we cherish the beauty of illusion,
pastels of color, snow flakes flutters,
freeing us from our state of confusion,
realizing we’re no different than others.
May we feel the mist in the morning air,
the goodness of a God who really cares,
finding the meaning of life is to share,
and be strong with the crosses we bear.
