I just luv shoes...LOL

Slippers lead me around the house


my feet are comfy


my slippers


watching out...


seeing me clean


now I cook


maybe mope


now I go...


Sneakers run my errands


around grocery stores


and shops in town...


exercising at the gym


riding my bike


keeping my heart


ticking right...


Stiletto heels swaying my hips


got to make sure


I do not slip...


on my booty


now I'm shamed


better put my


heels...away!

Great poem...personally, I prefer comfort to vacillating in the streets on heels.. and I often go for the sporty look : love your poem ..shoes are a reflection of how we feel in reality..comfy or uneasy.. Anne.

Ooh, that reminds me.. I have 2 prs. in my car trunk of sandels...and 3 of new style heels, and, 1 wrap around- be right back- Now, that makes 19 prs, that doesn't include boots... I too can relate- : ) I loved your poem-Spriteful-Energetic to go with the mood of yours! Reminds me of my Organization Poem- and you don't feel too guilty if there ON Sale! LOL...At home I touch the ground in barefeet,- WArmly,Sheee

I lurrrve wearing High heels, and dressing up to the nine's, but ooooh the pain in the feet afterwards, but hey what the heck, we only live once. The other 99.9% of the time, I wear bare feet :)

Neat write got me to thinking how on earth I used to teeter around the cobblestone streets when I was in my 20's sheesh.

Shoe life is much easier for a man. I can count mine on my fingers.

No! No! No! Put those heels back on, what's-the-matter-with-you-anyway?! There is nothing like seeing a woman walking across the dance floor with a pair of high heels. What? They hurt your feet? Sorry. The eye candy us guys come to expect, you just gonna have to apply the Band-Aids. Here, I'll help you. Great poem!!!
