Some real truths about trying to diet
The Real Diet Started the diet Sunday Ate some chocolate Monday Felt a bit sick on Tuesday Wednesday was a ‘blues’ day Started again on Thursday Friday was a worse day Ate out on Saturday Sunday didn’t matter day Monday gone to pot day Tuesday eat a lot day Wednesday fresh start day Thursday Jam tart day Friday was a fatter day Ate Party food Saturday Gave up the diet Sunday Felt good on Monday Skirt too tight on Tuesday Wasn’t a good news day Wore bigger size on Wednesday Thursday de-tox cleanse day Friday food for thought day Saturday, shopping bought day Felt fat and lazy Sunday Starving and crazy Monday Stuck to my guns on Tuesday Ate currant buns on Wednesday Thursday was a tough day Shaking and feeling rough day Friday end of week day Bought Fish & chips with my pay Saturday eating binge day Sunday had a ‘winge’ day Monday back to normal day Have’ blown’ the diet anyway Start again? well I may But I'll leave it for another day. VB
