"Let there be light." And with those words entered into existence the Logos - The Word of God.

Logos.

It came the first to Tartaros
A blast clapped and split the void.
Then waters rent the space divide.
And then between the veils,

was light!

Its next was sweet embraced with green
and dwelled within the couple’s lair.
But brother subtle stood beside.
full fruited sweet it beckoned her,

to taste!

And friend it was to father-man
who left the wealth to roam the plain.
Beggar for right he lusted for truth he
saw hedonistic ashes lie white,

in dust

Then once it wrestled in the dark
gave strength to weakened limb and bid
restore from fall and generate
a dozen of the nations stock,

will live,

It called, ‘come out from evil come’
And following hope, dashed from toil.
But yet too frail, hope could not stand,
but fell to fear and ranting scorn,

to mock

But then it rumbled from the heights
and shrank the skins from listeners bones
as down the mountain boomed the right
to covered, fearful ears,

unheard.

It followed after storm and fire,
the whirlwind’s grasp and fear.
In still small voice it proved a power
beyond the scope of man,

to wield

It came the last with flesh of men
it dwelled and flesh itself became.
With eye to eye and hand to hand
then arms extended, offered up,

good life!

In bloody tangle hair and guts,
despised and wretched bleeding raw,
it sang the siren song of love
and finished witness of its grace,

by death

At-one-ment now the spirit fresh
rebirth, redress, reanimate
to plead Job’s state and Micah’s case
with water-birth and spirit,

reborn

It had to die to come again.
And come it did, is with us now.
It beams a blaze of might and love
that only they who seek it see,

is power,

And yet to come, return in flesh
to show the world of man’s design.
Designer is who makes, creates,
not one who ‘apes’ for sake of fame,
