I aspired to be a teacher and, though I never taught in a classroom, I've taught many in other ways via compassion, thoughtfulness and with faith.
Loved this and, though a member again, I'm registering new work before posting as had work posted here reposted under others' name. Just being cautious.

Now you have touched, even though it may be as sand that trickles through your fingers, you will be able to more readily grasp it's fluid essence again. As for me, the minute I get hold of a concept, my mind is like a string bag: it just falls straight out the other side again and I'm left looking at the mess at my feet and the confusion in the Black Hole of my mind! The repetition of "All my life" followed by "It is now... That all my life..." is very moving, but also a triumph of having "arrived" somewhere significant. So much wisdom, so much truth, so much understanding...

Dear Jude,

Time/Age the master educator the grandest teacher. Some spend all their lives searching and seeking, and yet never even have a clue. At least you realised and appreciate the values. Very wise words penned here Jude.

First...know thyself...You have communicated this lesson so very clearly for all of us, Robert. In understanding ourself, we understand all of the rest. Always feel as big and as small as you are, it keeps everything in perspective. We are a part of everything that is; with or without us it all would be changed.
