the fiery; valley floor
drank the desert sand
bathed in moonlight
naked
in the stilled dark night

under trees so tall contemplating life ,above
spied the Eagle, overhead
whispered, into the howling dark
secret thoughts ,never shared
thoughts never spoken
And then on that day
I looked down
into your eyes so, deep and knew
all my searching
all the miles, the isolation
loneliness, I understand it all, for it
This has a melody that is really touching and soulful. The images you paint are quite simple, compared to some of your work, and they are effective in evoking beauty, nature and revelation of deep feelings.
