Sweat is still dripping. He’s nervous.
"Now breathe deeply. Don’t fear.
It takes a while for a human
to come forth from There to Here."

Could it be that out yonder,
He and I lived before?
Yet as my eyes now behold him
I don’t know what’s in store…

Surely, we’d met before.
You and I, out There, both made-up of light.
Wandering, carefree and blissful.
Out There it was our right.

And now we’re both Here. My baby and I.
Both human. Perhaps, just for a little while.
Ooops… ‘least I know that before I die,
A little angel peed . . . straight in my eye.
