Ted, you have written what I believe and try to live in my everyday life. Worry, about things we cannot control and those things that may never come to pass,is a waste of time and energy. And although the future is extremly important, many of us are so preoccupied with it, we neglect the here and now. Excellent work.
I missed this one of yours. It ties into my worrying about my future though. Will I be in good or bad health. I dream different dreams and they do not tell my my future really. I really cannot believe what is all going to happen in my future, will just have to take it as it comes and Hang in there. Sometimes that is too hard to do but I try.
