kind of a folksy tune
They pay me gold to care for you But I am blind and cannot see The roads we took are now so long Kneeling by the angels They ask my help, remove the ruins The broken wheels will never turn It's raining by the northern lights Kneeling by the angels They do not give but only take In the waning summer's day And I'm on another edge, just waiting Kneeling by the angels They bring me those who seek the cure All those bent and ruined, the lambs I'm just a god who crashed and burned Kneeling by the angels

It certainly sounds like lyrics. :-) Strikes me as light struggling not to be overcome by the dark. I like the flow and the phrase "kneeling by the angels." ~~Nordette
