No room remains here anymore No needs or passions left A finger pointing towards the door No single tear is wept Tear ravaged the heart now stands Broken by yours’ grown cold Love contracted cannot expand Nor passions flourish bold Darkness triumphant now descends Light of hope grows dim I take my leave, not to offend My shattered life to mend

I believe we have all been here before and as long as we know there is life after a shattered love and that happiness is just around the corner then we can move on. Thank you for sharing.
