This was written on March 5, 2004. Any one that knows of my journey over the last many years I believe will get as much of a kick out of this as I have in posting it again. Originally was going to share an Irish poem but I have many years to go through LOL and have not come across it yet. It all started with an Irish jig  This write has been done with humor...but as I reread it.....well read it you will see...

The winds of March howl past my window,
A storm of thoughts is racing through my mind.

Fragment sentence the computer says,
But no suggestions!

You tell me this sentence is fragmented,
Yet, you have no idea, how this is true ?
Where have I heard this puzzle before?

Wrong direction on your chosen path,
But no suggestions!

Your signs tell me, something is wrong,
Yet, you will give me no clues,
Just slivers of a fragmentized mind.

Delete previous knowledge in trash,
Retrieving new information from deletion.
Sort by name, number and area code.
Shift into control of alternate paths.
Log off and standby, until start up.

A storm of thoughts is racing through my mind,
The winds of March howl past my window.

this is another awesome read Kate
and I like to think I have funny bones
but this offering for me is deeper
along being very metaphorical
I Love how you took the resources of this
inspiration & crafted it's meanings...

A storm of thoughts is something like multitasking–completely fragmented. Your humor is hard for me to fathom, perhaps because I'm not Irish, or Welch or whatever. So I will just reload my mind with ammunition to comment better on your next poem. ;-)

if not for the fragments, perhaps the journey to wholeness would not materialize - thanks for bringing us back and forward again
