What about same sex marriage? Here are some of my thoughts.

Marriage-- a union between two consenting adults perhaps . . . the union of two citizens or better yet . . . the solemn agreement of a loving couple to cherish and stay together as long as they both shall live.
Is it necessary to include the usual anti-discrimination clauses . . . regardless of race, color, gender, origin, religion, creed, or sexual orientation?
Better yet is governmental defense of a mostly religious definition of marriage encroaching upon the limits of church and state? What happened to liberty, justice, and equality for all?

Simple the constitution was written by wasp (White Anglo-Saxson Protestent-in case anyone forgot what it meant) men for wasp men. Women and African Americans had to fight for their rights so why shouldn't GLBT? If I find the answer to that I'll let you know.

marriage wan't a convention until 900AD when the church thought it was a good idea as sacramental communion between a man and woman ... our present society will not accept the sociological, cultural and legal imlpications between same sexes ... i think marriage between consenting adults should be that of the heart ...
Black white (well sort of pinkish) etcetera, Christian Muslim etcetera, Hetero-Homo-Metro Sexual, Physical, Mental, Ow! Includes all human rights violations I could think of.
