They’re Still Talking About Jesus

They talked about a man and his opinions,
who overruled all of the dominions ,
virgin born and son of the father ,
he calmed the storm and walked upon the water .

They talked about a man
who was too good ,
he forgave all the things
no one ever could ,
he cast the demons out into the swine ,
he even changed the water into wine .

Jesus is the word ,
everybody heard ,
everything he shared
they’re still talking about
Jesus in the world ,
because he’s never gone away ,
and they’re still talking about
Jesus today .

They talked about a man
who came to be ,
the saviour of all humanity ,
Its been thousands of years
and they’re still talking ,
because Jesus is still
among us walking .

They talked about a man
they followed after
and how he turned the tears into laughter ,
he said he came
to set the captives free ,
the deaf could hear and the blind he made them see .



Jesus is the word ,
everybody heard ,
everything he shared
they’re still talking about
Jesus in the world ,
because he’s never gone away
and they’re still talking
about Jesus today .
