I can only dream
and in dreaming
catch glimpses
of those days I now cherish
that used to come
so often
that I didn't really count them
and now
I can only wish
for one
now and then

We've missed your honest and heartfelt poetry, Sue. This flows as if a leaf falling from a tree on a quiet Autumn morning. "I can only dream/and in dreaming/catch glimpses/of those days I now cherish...". A beauty, like a sigh...

Hugs, Lin
