My wife Rosa, loving you for who you are,

My wife, my life, she dances cooks and sew
helps light the paths that I must go!
I must confess God sent His best,
when He sent sweet Rosa to me,
this life I love it is worry free.
I really thought I knew about love,
until my love was ordained above!
Rosa a masterpiece created for me,
to help me be all that I can be.
Thank you Lord for that full moon in June,
The peoples' sky where lovers swoon.
I am still awed by the things you do,
there's nothing on earth to compare her to
Thank you God for my black African Queen.
On earth she is almost Angelic,
such a majestic human being!
