Under Her Bed

NOT ABOUT ME

She walks through life,
Never revealing any of her strife,
But knowone knows that she's got a knife
Hidden under her bed.

People pass her by,
They're never there to see her cry,
She thinks sometimes she should just die
That she'd be better off dead.

Whispers cast her way,
She knows everything that they say,
She hides alone in her own dismay
Nobody thought twice.

She locked herself in her room,
Knowing that it would be her tomb,
"Nobody will notice," she assumes,
As her heart turns to ice.
