Honestly its not me.

Poem Artwork

I am a writer in trouble

some say I've

lost the plot,

and if I believed my characters

more like

a case of dry rot.

Somewhere between

the begining and the end

I think I may have strayed

gone slightly round the bend

too many iffs and A's.

A touch of writers cramp

maybe

as well as

well too much coffee

and a brain that chats away

in rampant disorder

which I am compelled to write

indeed it is

inspired

about everything except

the plot you see

but that will come in time,

I am sure you understand,

If I say

I do not know what its about

more a work on

politics,

perhaps I have left the best bits out?

Yes I am aware

yet I do not know why

I left the fifth chapter out,

I think I sent it to the bank,

I know I attached a check to it

I am sure it will

come back.

It's so funny to see another author writing about writers cramp. I guess that's one thing we all identify with.
