Before Her Blinded Eyes
Into the night she stands
Nothing more preposterous
Than running judge-mend
Upon poetry filled with love
It is an talent to have… brain entranced
And filled with ecstasy
Beauty I know is good
But wit is more…
Because they lack the “sacred” pen
Into the shadow of the night she stands
Grateful soul in spite of all
The subject of her power
To sail this ship alone
So loud her laughter in the dark
And tear blinded eyes can still see
The loneliest ship
That ever sailed the sea
Her laughter even louder now
Until her side starts to burn
Before her blinded eyes she see
The image of you
A wave of tears breaks loose
And run upon her cheek so bruised
Washes away the fear of dark
As she touch
Your faceless face with love
And whisper gently
I love You
