"Hold Your Tongue"

Wind blow cold upon my shore

Head departed from my body no more

Alone….

With noble thoughts and joy within

I think it will give you no offence

To ease my melancholy today

My soul will not depart today

Yet I swear….

By the moon and by the stars

No bloody hundred dollar golden chain

Without a doubt

Will be hung around my neck

Without my consent

For I am no damn child

As thick as you may think I am

I do not tremble nor do I fear

All I know God is near

As the wind will blow forever more

I shall walk upon my lonely shore

Trust in another will be no more

Now…

Speak no more of that to me

Hold your tongue

And let it be

Tinka, although some days are easier than others my friend, just never let the down days keep you from seeing the bright days which are right around the corner. Excellent work. Take care and be well.
