Poem Artwork

Trauma Queen Junkie

There is too much make-up on her pretty face
Eye-shadow and lipstick
She is like a leopard skin tiger
And now she wants your Zippo
To light her c I g  a – r – O  - flame
She jiggles

And she wiggles

Those eye lashes
She is a Rock & Roll spider
Her boots are too tight
Her G-string so bright
Her birthday is round about the

Oh Never mind
She has a permanent tallness

Her teeth are…yes flawless
She is the straight in an aero buster
She is a hallelujah white wash
She is as common as a royal flush
Her chap’ pie just the right fit
She is a Panel Van

Dub - ble - clutch
She uses too much good stuff
She is a trauma queen junkie
A tear jerkin mama
Dropped tears in her whisky
She is a hip hop hubcap junkie
Oh she like her boy friends funky
And still too much eye shadow
Tear jerk junky cookie
Oh!! She thinks she is funky
But real cranky junkie

WA ha ha!!!! Reminds me of some of the "contestants" I saw on American Idol...whoever thought they could sing? LOL Not me, said the flea...love this one. :) And you, Poet and friend, thanks for the HUGE grins you gave me today!

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

Still LOL--you, my dear, are a hoot and a holler when the mood gits ya!

My, how we've grown! Love the wordplay. Would make a great blues tune if I knew the melody.

Hey Tink, you've become a rock poet. Enjoyed this - and the lady in the picture reminds me of Divine, the 250 pound transvestite actress.

I like the sense of humor evoked here, Tinka, as you have a great one, that we see precious little of...& the music, it makes the poem...now tell me how you got this picture of me, how much will you take to unpost it, LOL? I thought I had ALL the copies...;) Ed

Well she certainly sounds like a one of kind and your descriptions though alarmingly loud are quite wonderful as long as I don[t have to take her home lol.
