“Don’t Know How”

Don’t know how to sum this up
How to work this theory out
And how to explain this to myself
That a claw shows you an animal
But it is still not to say it’s a Lion
That nor life or communication
And the time of space between here and there
And a million light years away
Still cannot cover that big black hole
That emptiness inside of me
I find a void in this earth
Something is missing here
It’s like my brain gives me a vision
Like I am always going in circles
But can’t understand the sphere
And what I really want from God
And as from people
It becomes like a misty
Mysterious vision to me
Clouds covers me and leaves
This emptiness within me
But still….. I can see something written
In the brightness of the stars
But I have to write it in dust myself
It’s like I see all the brightness of life
But lives in the gravel of misfortune
It makes my brain play rock music
But dances a waltz instead
How do I work this out
I am going crazy
Insane
Mad
Or
?

Profound illustration of the shadows of doubt and vision that sometimes float like clouds through the poetic consciousness. Enjoyed the read tremendously.

OR you are ALIVE. Sensitive, intelligent, and involved. Answers--?
Damn few, if any. Questions--? So, so many. Crazy NOT to see and wonder. Agonize at times. Looking into The Well is terrifying. . .especially when you feel you are near the bottom. I myself have literally 'seen black.' Probably will again. Try not to think about it. IS light and the more we connect, the brighter it
gets. Sometimes clouds cover. Sometimes the light seems to go out.
There are people who seem to specialize in trying to put it out! But we know it is there, don't we? Tinka, you sound a lot saner than I feel much of the time. Bit mad the way to go?? Never see the dark, don't appreciate the light?? Begin to understand what it is, and what it means? Full o' it, am I? Guilty as charged. But you know
this comes from my heart. Keep writing, but most of all, keep being Y O U. Love and Hugs, Pea

What always works for me: is to find someone who needs something from me, when I am in service so to speak, my own problems and doubts and whatever; fade far into the background, and when they retrurn, they are always way better than when I left them, to help sonmebody else. IT will get better, sis Art

The Creator made man in his image, thus leaving us with an overwhelming palette of emotions. However he did give man the freedom of choice...which at times, seems unpredictable (mysterious) to others. It is us, ourselves, who must be clear to maintain focus, for that point of reference should never be lost. Crazy? As an artist...I certainly hope you are to some degree crazy which would denote the passion of life that fuels us as artists.

Tinka...step back from your body and leave all emotions aside and look at yourself...within. You will see this beautiful flower alive and wanting to be vibrant and with a little nourishment it grows and then...you'll see the power play of positive over negatives is winning.
My best to you...
...and my prayers dear Sis.
Love,
Susan

These are times you have to step back from yourself. YOu are too focused on your needs and have been overwhelmed by them. Take a vacation from yourself Tinka and find something else to focus on. This may sound strange, or uncaring, but believe me I wish only for your best. You've been in this rut for too long now. Change it while you still can.

Jesus wrote in the dust, too....you are working it out, Tinka-girl!
Watch and see...........been there; you're on the way back out now!!!!

Keep up the good work...you know what I see here? You shaped your poetry like a calligraphy pen nub.....it's all in the words you will write...remember, words have the power of life or death...choose them carefully, Sweetie!

love you&your children! Rhonda

We all question our purpose from time to time...wanting to plan our destiny. But it's already written for you if you look into your heart, listen, and believe patiently. George is right, it's all about giving back...and remember, you do this with everything you write. Thank you for this one.

Tinka this is a great write though you are not going mad you are no doubt having to take a second look at the world you know and reevaluate what once was for what will be. My thoughts are with you.

It's not so much what we want from God but what we can give back to Him. He gave His all to save us, what more can we expect. His love He gladly gives us everyday.

Tinka you are not alone, feeling destined for something more than our circumstance affords. Its the greatness within yearning to get out, to fulfill our purpose on this rock. Stay strong, don't give up... you are very sane and well grounded.

Tinks

You are still searching in life for your Destiny...
And the puzzle and enigma of it all, will become clear when you really start believing it will...
Believe...and keep on believing in yourself..
I love the graphic...it reminds me of a Escher drawing
