Oh, Tink - Hope your healing quickly, but this will take some time, I had the same a few years ago! REST and PUT YOUR FOOT UP! When it starts to fall asleep, or feel tingly, heat may help you and KEEP IT UP! It helped me! and then cool veggies packs from the freezer! I was told I may need surgery, mine is not severe enough, just frustrating and painful...
YOU are NEVER Alone, SEE! Even I made it HERE, and it's been quite awhile, shame on me - NOW! SMILE Sweetie!
Let Jesus carry you as you rest as you should, everything else must wait!

Sorry to read about this Tinka, hope the pain eases as I too suffer with spurs and there are times I can't put my weight on my feet. Take care.
