It's night and I'm here all alone
The tinkle of the rain has come
Minutes fill with pitter pat
Tin on tin it splitter splats
Rain can get you all fired up
Can keep your passions purpled up
Can make your plummage colors stand
Thoughts regale and end up grand
Stormy nights when light displays
The passion play out on the bay
Crisscrossing lanes of flashing rotors
Clinging thoughts with droning motors
Alone they fondle all my dreams
Rain so purple with passion's sting.
I love the rain and it's sights and sounds, They definitely paint my
soul with passion, although they do invoke my feelings of lonliness.

I too love the sound and feel of a summer rain, there is somting so passionalt, so sensual...yes even erotic about the beat of the rain on roof and window pane.

Absolutely . . . Rain can gear a person up in many different ways . . . Of course we all know the old adage about rain on a tin roof. but rqin is just . . . nice . . . I have always love it when it rained . . . Sometimes I want to get out in it, bare shirt and head and splash around in the darn puddles . . .
