As I've had to use many a map and compass during my younger years of climbing, this was especially identifiable. Oh, how I miss the mountains, the ropes, the pitons, et al. But, reflection on a life fully lived is not bad either... as you suggest with your subtext in this lean piece of experience.

I think you did a good job in making the larger globe transparent over the four smaller ones. The 4 is intriguing. Being that the spiritual meaning of the #4 is that it connects the mind body and spirit with the physical world of structure and organization. Thanx 4 sharing. rlc
