Out of all my toys, I love my laptop. It has games and plenty of entertainment, then there's the internet and AD. But my wife has different ideas about us.
The tv, laptop and me, peep in my window this is what you'll see. Christmas was really a bore, for awhile I did snore. Wrote on my laptop some, waiting for Santa to come.
Santa came and went, then I opened my present. Back to the sofa went me, for awhile there was glee. Then again I got bored, laid back and snored.
My wife sat across the room, next to her was the broom. She hates my laptop, up high she'd like it to drop. Now this is Christmas, the best time of the year, me and my laptop should have no fear.
Loved it...if one looked inside my living room window last night...they would've caught a glimpse of me with my laptop sitting on the couch, my husband dozing in the recliner half watching some western. The tree was lit, gifts had been opened the mess cleaned up and both our children grown and gone to their in-laws and soon to be in-laws. But I had a great family filled Christmas eve at my in-laws and my mom and sister, and both my children and their families came to visit yesterday morning...so a little quiet Christmas time with my laptop was fine by me. Oh yeah, how I keep my husband from disliking my laptop...occasionally I'll say, "honey let's get on the Internet and check out some dog kennels and look at some beagles" for you see he is a big sportsman. Never brings home rabbits..thank goodness, just hunts for the sport of running his dogs. Personally I think that he and his dad, brother inlaw and our son, just sit and drink coffee and gossip while they listen to the dogs running the rabbits. I don't know maybe that is what there supposed to do? Enjoyed your write and related well.
