As the Ethiopian troops advanced towards Mogadishu residents were seized by fear of what will happen to them if war breaks out inside the city between the Ethiopians and the Somali Islamic Courts. Here a mother wails while her four year daughter speaks of her innocence about war and fighting
Mother Says
"The tanks are coming closer
The city shall be attacked
All the routes are blocked
All borders are sealed off
Air and sea travel banned
The enemy will shoot us
What shall we do?”
“Mom" said the daughter
"Is the bullet painful?
Unfortunately, most victims of the bullet are innocent! They are not the ones who made it. Guns are produced to make money, but the consumers of the bullet pay the ultimate price. Very sad indeed. Please keep highlighting our suffering.

My heart goes out to the mothers, widows and orphans created by this madness! I am especially hurt by the references to Christians in these sites. We are not all monsters intent on keeping the people of Somalia down. Some of us work our butts off trying to make a difference to the people of Somalia. Can you get this message across to the hate mongers who try to keep us apart?
The situation in Somalia has spoiled our Christmas time for many of us here in the west. I only wish the people in your god-forsaken country were aware of this! Can you help?

Today most churches celebrate the killing of innocents at Bethlehem by King Herod who was afraid Jesus will take his earthly throne. Innocents are killed everywhere. I have been following the news and it seems Ethiopia will achieve what it wants while the world continue to bicker in words. Victor
