Not all relationships are equal; some shouldn't exist whatsoever.

With a thin circle bound--
reflecting, it’s silvered--
beyond all depths and lengths
she sinks.
Her legs caught in seaweeds
she drowns this life in needs.
In a circle, golden
brighter than falling stars,
droughts of tears have withered
gizzard.
Inside living, flesh dead
she sadly hangs her head.
Intwined, with many knots,
will she ever be free
of his rules and commands …
his hands?
Her spirit peeks, escapes
in various dreamscapes.
In this circle of life
each day is misery
her soul flies out, finds wings
and sings
of this great victory.
Must she die to be free?

This a great emotion- I think most can relate to a mate that wants to control ones life- it should be equal, soulmates who see each other as their equal. I liked the artwork, too.
