I'm dreaming of a Red Christmas just like the one's I always know where the Gum Tree's Singe children shriek and whinge to hear firetrucks on the go!!!
I'm screaming at a Red Christmas with every breath of smoke in sight may our days evacuations in fright be as swift as an eagle in flight
I'm Dreaming of a wet Christmas as every Chopper unloads the frothy white may our days be safer and OH SHYTE This is no darn dream, its a ..........
NIGHTMARE!

Ch'erie dearest, how well I remember seeing the news on TV during the time I lived in NZ! Oh my! Fires are never nice. Out-of-control fires, even worse. I pray that all will be well with you and your family, and that rain will come to soak Australia's dried out bush and stem the flames.
Hope this note finds you well, Cherie. Yikes, I can't imagine living in fear of those things...even the South has been bitter cold and damp lately. Merry Christmas deaar one.

So right you are with this write, nobody who has not lived in or near a firestorm area can begin to imagine the horror of a wall of flame on the horizon. When all you hold dear is in danger of being wiped away it is truly scary. My Christmas wish for you all is lots of rain and soon.
Your not talking bushfires are yah Andy :) Still I think Ashes have somethin to do with it.

My humour has left me today, nothing is funny...

I havent been watching the test series past the first two, way too much skiting off for me from the Barmy Army and Co, cant be bothered listening to it 24/7..
You never know, it's not in the bag yet Mate, our weather might get cooler and give ya'll a fighting chance, 38c stinken again today bah, humbug is right.
