I took my grandkids to the beach today. While they did their thing I did mine.

Went beach walking Took my shoes off Felt the warm sand Mmmmm................it felt so good Found some beach glass Rounded edges Worn by water Oooooo.............amber, blue, green Came upon some Weathered driftwood Picked it up Ahhhhh.........so smooth the wood Wind blew my hair Waves were cresting Sun shone kindly Shhhhh................'twas so serene Jane Noponen Perinacci

There is nothing more comforting than a walk on a beach in my humble opinion, whether there with children, someone you love or just by yourself it is always wonderful.
