Acid I�ve done, Never on the run, Always did it in the sun, Always as I recall I did have fun, Though much to my dismay, No flashbacks have my way come� Listening to old acid rock, Cream and Clapton really did sock, Maybe flashbacks are not really gonna happen, But listening to the music and remembering the past, The wings I did have when I took a hit, certainly did start a� flappen�� Yes acid I have done, More times than a hundred and one, One time I did so & awakened with Hendrix outlined by the sun, Another I was in a jungle firing rounds out of a machine gun, There was this really trippy time too; I think I actually did meet of god his son� Memories of that time are quite spread out and oh so few, Lying in the grass at Woodstock in the early morning dew, You don�t want to know about the kangaroo that gave me a butt tattoo, I really do feel that my promised flashback is way long overdue, Maybe in reality, dreams are our flashbacks gone totally askew� � ed ~ 5/16/05 "LSD melts in your mind, not in your hand. Nope...never been on Acid trip..or anyfor that matter...only dream fantasy trips..lol...but I do remember the music!!

Okay and I know people that did because it was first introduced during Korea but for myself, I had to take too much stuff to stay alive but did like the music at least most of it. Sometimes though I felt like maybe I should have because of some stuff during that time period. Interesting write though Ed. I see where Newsweek said the story was false.
