If food we get for processes of thought

Or is it food that with thought is sought

Personally I would find it quite hard

To pay for at the moment if thought was expensive…J

Don’t trust anyone over thirty

That was our teenage plea

When our bodies & minds were much more sturdy

And we knew less making us less wordy…J

I remember my dad at the age I am now

Putting up with me without murder I ask how

My thoughts now make me want to a kid kill

When they tell me the way of the world

And how they do get through it with little skill…J

Are we all so different, kids and seniors

I guess we are if we haven’t been molested by monsignors

I seemed to have rambled off on another tangent

Though at my age that seems the norm

As at my age my thoughts seem to work at lukewarm…J
