I write to feel better...

Poem Artwork

Feeling today quite anxious,

My stomach upset, very nervous,

Worried about every little thing,

None in my step today was any swing…

Took a couple of pills,

More than I should maybe have,

But feeling just a bit better,

Stressful thoughts gone,

Only now from the A/C got the chills…

Can go to bed now without a care,

Sleep quite well like a hibernating bear,

Try to tomorrow enjoy life a bit more,

Hopefully not just outwardly,

But down to my internal core…

it's hard not to worry Ed but it's the best solution, my doctor put me in the highrisk category for heart attack 3 years ago, worried the heck out of me for awhile, being afraid of a heart attack, but I finally acepted it, I was watching some old reruns of the A-Team, and Mr T advised the young lady working with them to just accept death and move on, things become a lot easier, I've been around 60 years living with my hopes and fears, if i make it any longer good, if I don't, I'm not going to spend good days worrying and in fear, I guess I'll live the next minute when I really don't give dam about dying, it's living while I can that I plan to do, take care Ed

It seems as though you are getting the right infor Ed, if everyone would help kick your ass and get you out and about, instead of sitting around thinking of all the negatives you could kick your own ass and become a very possitive person. I have been there, I often feel a pill is like a bandade which only covers it, now we have to make it heal. Take care Ed, start with baby steps and before you know it you'll be running through life.

Bears don't hibernate until winter, and neither should old Jersey Devils.

Get up, and get back on out there, Bro. Walk, and ride that bike of yours, and you'll soon shake those blues. And, that trip to a shelter for that dog you want, will help, too.
