Self help as it always helps me...

Poem Artwork

So some people don’t like it,
But I am sorry I just don’t give a shit,
Hey now to all you squares, don’t be takin’ no fit,
All I am suggesting is having some fun,
Staying in the house, not driving a car,
Not even a walk & especially not a run…

I know someone in Ohio who will join me,
To get a buzz with me while we listen to Cream,
Then get the munchies and eat way too much,
Got’z allota of junk food in my upper hutch…

So who’s gonna join me, just let me know,
I will enjoy your company & smoke with you what I grow,
Nothing needed in return; I mean no quid pro quo,
So let’s get high together, don’t worry it won’t produce any woe…

I don't smoke but... I do appreciate the invitation and I know how marijuana has helped some of my friends immensely with some illnesses. I personally cannot stand the meds from pharmacies and such and fortunately, because my health is good, I don't need to take them. Love and peace, bro...

I've seen what it's done for your health and your happiness. And I've seen what it's done for your creative writing output. I don't think in the haze of the smoke you can see what it's done to you. I can, and I'm out.

Getting high together,
sounds really good to me.
Then we can munch on Christmas brownies,
as we decorate the cannabis tree.

I'll pass. No habla cannabis sativa. Junk food and dope doesn't sound very appealing to me bubba. Sorta like watching the newest rehash of Godzilla. I'm curious... what do you do when you're high?

At least you have that much sense. My poem this morning depicts what happens when an old pot head leads an epic mission - Disaster!
