Standing under a cloud of pink cherry blossom in April
you won't be thinking of any dark things
your eyes will travel along the branches in pink light
you'll feel reborn as if seeing your mamny's smile
for the first time, the tenderest bud, something will open
in your child heart. Maybe you'll see a robin on a branch
with a pink worm in his beak, and the kind April vision
will give way to tonight's big fight, Conor McGregor
and Khabib. The gloves are off again!
