Where is my Dick Tracy wristwatch?
Where is my Flying car?
Where is my computer brain implants,
So I don’t need to go to school?
Whatever happen to my self-drying suit?
Whatever happen to my summer home on the moon?
Whatever happen to Rosy our Robot,
who would serve me a martini after I took the conveyer belt home?

Only still are there few who floated in weightlessness.

Cell phones might have pictures at last and fit on your wrist,
(But I’m not holding my breath.)

We haven’t blown ourselves up in a nuclear apocalypse…yet,
We didn’t have a big brother in 1984
Man is still man, not a planet of apes.
But still, I want to know…
Where is my Dick Tracy wristwatch?
Where is my flying car?
