If Fishes Were Wishes
alone in forests of Avigna
hiding below tall red wood trees
she sits at Fairy Brook Pond
feeling the soft breath of a breeze
alone he rides into the mystic
charting his course by a star
young rover of musical talent
to his audiences near and far
she strips feeling sure secluded
no one dare to defy her wood
a splash then into the water
she swims like all fairies should
he rides an unfamiliar pathway
some how he just lost his way
til the tinkling clear mountain water
to him has something to say
the fishes that tickle her belly
offer her one wish you see
so she whispered of a daydream
in which true love was the key
on shore he sees her refection
desire and love come to mind
dweet face, naked young body
and wings above her behind
turns she to the wayward minstrel
when sensing that someone is there
his smile makes her heart flutter
she shivers but not out of fear
he slowly removes all his clothing
no words need be spoken aloud
her smile has stolen his heartbeat
as he drops his cape like shroud
they kiss join in love’s communion
the sweet fairy and young minstrel boy
his love songs are now delivered
to this princess so lovingly coy…
Love ya face Cuz XOXOXO, Rose
