Java Invention

Dreaming about making that perfect cup of java without clean-up.

Java Invention

If I were to create an invention.

I would invent a self cleaning coffee pot.

It would be a joy to have anywhere.

The coffee beans would grind on the spot

Then the grounded coffee would go down the spout.

The coffee once brewed would remain hot.

The hot water would then scream and shout.

After a few minutes of brewing a cup.

We can enjoy drinking fresh brewed coffee.

Then coffee pot will simply clean itself up!

I see you are not a big fan of instant coffee, John. Well to each is own. I hope someone invents this magical coffee pot soon.

Yes, and what about a self-cleaning house? We have a coffee maker which also grinds the beans, which is terrific but if it would only clean itself. Clever write. Hugs, J'nia

What a terrific idea. I was thinking something similar this morning when I cranked up my old fashion "electric perk" coffee maker. You have to take everything apart, empty the grounds, wash everything, then put it back together. What a chore---but really now, aren't we all a bit lazy. I can recall in my youth when we didn't have all the nice luxuries of today and everything one did was a time-consuming chore. But I can tell you, nothing smelled better than to wake up to that steaming aroma of coffee perking on the stove.
