Happy Trails

The devil plays tricks on us every now and then.

He tries to give us short cuts; an easy way to go.

But the consequences are dark and hidden.

So there are some things you ought to know.

God loves you and wants you to be your best.

So take the right road to happiness and success.

In the end, you will be more content with yourself.

And your heart and soul will remain at rest.

You could choose speeding in your car, when you are running late.

We all know the consequences are really not all that great.

You could get a traffic ticket, which will really slow you down.

You could cause an accident that might put you in the ground.

So instead of speeding up just decided to take it slow.

Do the opposite of what that demon is telling you.

Follow that mighty highway with the Lord!

For God’s way is the ONLY WAY to GO!
