I love my Ed brothers, weird as their are, Christmas will be not the same without them.
What with one being a regular Noah and the other going high as a kite...

Poem Artwork

One strange all wrinkled
boy, was born,
they named him “Old” Ed;
whit the second
they said, “what the heck!”
this one looks
like the other Ed,
so, he was saddled
with the name
becoming “Mister” Ed;
but then fate intervened
and here comes a third
which looked like
the other two so,
they named him
a lil’ “Jersey” Ed.

And it was Christmas for
the brothers that were three,
that wanted in the house
a cute Christmas tree,
but Old Ed wanted it blue,
for Mister Ed it was green,
lil’ Jersey Ed didn’t cared
as long it was made
of prime Mexican weed;
the shining decorations
to the women will be left,
because boys don’t know better
when on the house is the beer,
and the turkey get stuffed
and the game is on TV,
as the brothers cross their fingers,
Jersey Ed has paid the bill?
if not it will be in the dark
a touch down of his head
fair and square on the sink.

Well, they found after looking
a beautiful Christmas tree
which a three legged Rufuz
thought it was the right to be,
to take inside the house
if you know what I mean,
the brothers to a dog
probably shouldn’t listen,
when drinking so much beer
or they wouldn’t had cut down
a red fire hydrant
for a Christmas tree.

chuckling, laughing, laughing. The Ed brothers remind me of the Three Stooges and the Marx Brothers all rolled up into one. Well at least it was a fire hydrant, maybe they can use it when the house goes up in smoke. lol get it? rolled? smoke?

God bless you. Kathy

HO HO HO, BRO!!! I must have had too much beer last night because that Christmas tree in your picture looks kind of familiar! And what a grand Christmas it would be, with Old Ed, Mister Ed, Jersey Ed, and good old Rufuz, peein on that tree!
