He ran like a wind hearing she was expecting, he ran and ran...away!!!!!!!!!!

Poem Artwork

No ridding a white horse here, or wearing
shining armor going to rescue you my love,
dragons scare me silly off my wits and it
doesn’t help you having a bodybuilder brother.

It wasn’t of my choice to wear dancing shoes,
but music seems to send my romantic self off,
sorry if you waited for a warrior with a sword
and here I came wearing nothing…but a rose.

A engagement ring with an outrageous diamond
when you said that you were waiting I thought,
we two had a lot of fun between the silky sheets,
when you said coming to be three, that’s a crowd.

I am more on Nureyev’s that Mike Tyson’s way,
a lover that takes his time until the lady hollers
with pleasures given, my turn will come after,
when the fire is right to roast the nuts of the lover.

I will miss knocking on your window, but you see,
I am of my body’s integrity, much very very fond,
which your father wants to break in little pieces,
so, in my old horse into the sundown I will go.

I can’t blame Sancho Panza, Tonto or El Zorro,
more the jasmines climbing to your window’s wall,
which reminds me of the smell of your naked skin
that can take from a passer by out from his socks.

Bye my beloved behind one the window’s iron grid
that your father put apparently to defend his honor,
like closing the proverbial door’s barn after the thieves
went away with all he had…and his only horse.

And when one summer night, all sweaty on your bed,
Think that the sleepless night is becoming all too hot…
remember all the fire we ignited inside each other,
my precious one, you are like Genevieve, of Camelot.
