PeeWee Ed’s Inflatable Xmas doll

Getting nasty letters, innuendos, jabs and sour comments from my best-I-do-not-name-names...I will set the record straight about that angel living in a devil nest, aint no devil and aint no nest, just the ordinary loving dysfunctional family...

From the smelling State, after my last poem
I received a most strange and angry call,
li’l brother Jersey Devil Ed was complaining
about me disclosing the secret of his doll,
without ever mentioning that of fair PeeWee
the Xmas inflatable gift from Santa Claus (?)

Well I cannot in the name of Justice keep
my piece and do not tell to the rest of yer folk
that the brother in the middle, PeeWee, it is,
did write a Xmas wish to Chicago Roebuck
about getting before the holydays very pronto
like Jersey Devil Ed and darling of his own.

The secret was kept from Mean Tall Woman,
the innocent wife from the Cherokee crew
that could not use her shaving tomahawk cos
squealing sis Tiger Lily did not have a clue,
the brat surely would have punctured the bubble
or to Ma she would have run with the big news!

Never so comfy up north in his wedding bed
hugging were PeeWee the new bride by post
forgetting that bow and arrows are handy
when it is too far for the scalping tomahawk.
Do not play with sharp needles inside a bubble
if you do not wish one of yours the one that was.

Heard that Ma as sent it back to Santa in Canada
leaving PeeWee full of sorrows that not blow-up
like the luuve he was getting from the soft vinyl
that he didn’t want to share with brothers grownups,
now he is all alone licking his aching wounded limbs
as Jersey and me intercepted Ma going away post!

Now the way I heard it, PeeWee didn't want to share but somehow the doll made the rounds and was never short of company. I also checked the local emergency room records and noted an awful lot of treatments provided for vinyl burns. Hmmmmmm. Coincidence? Patrick

Ho Ho Ho well now poor old Santa Fee must say when I got that rather unique reguest letter I did not think of the dire consequences it could also deliver. Hmmmnnnn perhaps that battery powered toy your sister ordered was not such a good idea either if Mother Ed ges a hold of it....

An inflatable girl doll from Sears Roebuck & Co.? Every year my folks walked all the way, oh, about two miles, to Sears in Chicago to retrieve that new years Sears catalogue. And back then they didn't even show a bra. So where, I wonder was the inflatable doll section for thousands of boys way back then, then in the days before Playboy, the boys mothers then might wonder why the sudden need for those boys to take the big, heavy Sears catalogue into the bath room with them.

HO, HO, HO! (As my good old pal Santa would say.)



Luckily, neither you, Jersey, or Ma knew about the deal I made with Santa long ago. He gives me a new one of those, every Christmas. In return, I keep him supplied with Polish Vodka. Those dolls are stashed in Ed caves all over the Northwood! (I also keep a big supply of duct tape around; the mutts keep biting holes in them.)



PS: Was that a collect complaint call you got from the Smelly State??!!



PPS: Tell Jersey that I rent them out, by the hour, to lonely guys in the woods!

I think there are a lot of guys who would like to have a doll just like PeeWee has Georg as long as the Mama's don't find out. Cute one Georg.
