I just want to add that there is a scripture that refers to the sons of disobiediance who are going to perdition which hell fire and judgement day are reserved for! although I cannot locate it at present I know it is there...as Christ would say; It is written...

I WANTED TO KNOW, TOO, AND THE ONLY WAY I LEARNED MYSELF, WAS TO START READING THE BIBLE FOR MYSELF, PRAYING [TALKING] TO THE LORD, AS I WENT...AND I'VE NEVER STOPPED! I LIVE IN - AND OUT OF - GOD'S WORD!
The LORD DOES love the Un-righteous, and just as much - after all, HE CREATED ALL OF THEM! And the RIGHTEOUS, only BECOME RIGHTEOUS, because of HIM, too!
It's that little freedom-thing, called CHOICE. He lets us choose for ouselves, and as we all know, EVERY choice in life has consequences...right down to where our spirit man will spend eternity!
The LORD showed me, that the easiest way to understand that this is true, is to recall some of the worst trials you have ever been through.........no matter how tormented or battered the body, mind or emotions, the spirit inevitably rises above it, and GOES ON!
There is a vast difference in believing GOD exists, and believing what God says!
i.e. Accepting and Acknowledging that He is the CreatOR and we are the creatED.
We humans marry, have children, each one is different...but our standard for raising them has to be the same, or we'd have constant mayhem! And we have to be persistent. Genuine love always does the HARD thing - because it's the RIGHT thing for ANOTHER! We have to balance love and discipline to be good parents.
It's like that with our Heavenly Father. He gave us the set of rules to live by, rules that were for our own good and well-being. Rules that protect us from ourselves...
Let's see, it's like buying a new car with the owner's manual intact. Read it, and you can profit quickly in becoming prolific in using all its speacial features; you learn maintenance - and better yet, preventive maintenance!
That's sort of like the Bible...it's all in there for the taking.
But...it also has "limits" and "warnings" and even "yield signs"! "Do not enter","No U turns", "danger", etc. Just like the manual, if we follow instruction, we escape hazards, fines and penalties, avoid potholes, imprisonment [bondage]...and dead ends!
JESUS IS THE WORD: In the BEginning was the WORD, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God...John 1:1 That verse was so beautiful and powerful to me, Jerry, that I read it and read it, until I memorized over half of that chapter! It explained so many of the missing pieces - and it was written by John, the disciple Jesus was especially closest to - after all, He trusted John to care for His own mother, after He was crucified!!!
SPOKEN =He spoke the word into being, and creation took place!
WRITTEN = Holy Spirit inspired Man to write down[Holy Bible} what he was being told;
LIVING = JESUS CHRIST, THE WORD, manifested himself IN FLESH for our sakes. HE LITERALLY CAME DOWN FROM HEAVEN TO MEET US AT OUR POINT OF NEED and to fulfill the Scriptures!
Man has always had a need to SEE God, because in the beginning, man was created to do so! Before the fall, God and His creation spoke face to face on a regular basis! It will be like that again, in Heaven ..where there can be no shadow of sin or evil! Glory, who can hardly wait? - ME!!
OUR GOD IS A HOLY GOD:
So if He could not even look upon His Own Son Jesus,[when Jesus HAD to die FOR us] because ABBA cannot look upon sin - then it follows, that the sacrifice had to be pure and holy; sinless as well! Amen?
JESUS IS OUR WAY BACK!
Remember when Jesus said, I AM the way, the truth and the life? He also said, NO MAN COMETH TO THE FATHER - EXCEPTH THROUGH ME."
Therefore, it is incumbent upon Man to make his decision for himself, as to whether he BELIEVES THE ONE WHO SAID IT.
Seeing that JESUS IS ALSO THE ONE WHO DIED FOR IT TO EVEN BE POSSIBLE, I THOUGHT THAT DECISION WAS WAS MADE SIMPLE!
BUT IN NO WAY DOES IT DIMINISH HIS LOVE FOR ANY OF HIS CREATION...THE QUESTION IS, DO THEY LOVE HIM?
IF YOU LOVE YOUR SPOUSE, YOU SHOW IT BY BELIEVING IN THEM - AND JUST BELIEVING WHAT THEY SAY IS TRUE.
TRUST...THERE is NO RELATIONSHIP ANYWHERE AT ANY TIME, WITH ANYONE...IF THERE IS NOT TRUST, AND COMMUNICATION.
