Haven't you figured it out by now, you can't predict the weather? You wanna see some screwed up weather, come to Texas. Don't like it outside, wait five minutes...it'll change. :) I'd hate to be a meteorologist here, the forecast is a bit...tricky. I'd get it wrong every time. Or I'd be the one when a tornado's coming yelling, "We're all gonna dieeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"
Same here with us in Toronto, Canada. It's been extremely mild weather for this time of the year; but I know the snow storm will eventually come around and that will be really cold when that happens.
