Making bread
That is satisfying
For most is not
A big deal
But when you are
Intolerant of
Almost everything
The challenge
Is very real
No yeast, no eggs
No wheat, no dairy
No soy, no corn
I need a bread fairy
But I fiddled
And faddled
And poof out it came
A white bread loaf
That isn't lame
Hey, Lynn, this is a great poem about a difficult situation. Sorry to hear you have that food intolerance, but I think it's great to have come up with a recipe for bread you can eat! I'll check that out, too, but as for the poem ... excellent!
