I have heard of the old woman in the shoe...but wooden you?
He travels far and wide
This middle son of mine
He gets a kick out of life
And so far hasn't a wife
But I see he has a new home
At least when he does roam
It is inside a wooden shoe
To this I ask wooden you
Rather stay in a big yellow shoe
Than in a box or a cage in a zoo

Wonderful picture of the middle son a blessing to you i loved this poem LYNN!!!!!!
Splendid write and this seems to be the age for lack of commitment on the part of so many men and women who put off marriage until very late in life. I guess if you get the milk free, why buy the cow or something like that.
