I had to cut my daily walk short because my bad leg didn't want to move. Wrote this in one breath so forgive the haste;-) (*.;.*)
My mind is a maze of mystic madness that cannot process the glory of creation on a spring day that shouts Creator's love in all the beauteous blooms vibrant purples blues pinks whites yellows reds new births of birds with new songs sung under aqua skies where sparkling sun sends rays of life giving warmth to everything it touches... now we thank that which we cursed before, because the duality which our impatient puerile minds can never
understand, how the same rains, snows, etc that cause such destruction, can be the cause of such delight, yet every mother that gives birth, knows the agony and the ecstasy as does every father that shares the situation can
affirm it and nothing can attest to it more than spring season which shows us the reality of the duality in all of its splendor, the passion and intensity of the agony and the ecstasy
What's that old saying? " No Pain; No Gain "
It's that way in every aspect of life, we just have to know when to duck!
That photo is stunning Eileen, did you take the picture?
I'll be praying for relief from your leg.
I always enjoy your work.

Too many of us, myself in that group, plod along and miss out on looking for and seeing the beauty around us. It is true that beauty can be found in an anthill, if you but looks. It seems that you are forever looking, Eileen, and you have nothing to be forgiven for, great write.
nature is the microcosom of the macroscosom ... it encompassess oder and chaos, "agony and ecstasy" ... in order to be whole, we need to balance the experience of uinversal design ...
Beatiful palette full of color. The world is beautiful when nature has her way.an is the culprit tht destroys beauty. It's so simpple to define but yet....greed holds the brush. I love the photo and your words carry the photo a step further for me.
Thank you,
Susan
Since we are "just visiting" this planet, I suppose we should marvel at, more than question the extremes of nature. She is in her glory as thunder and lightning blast the sky and the the high tides and swells slap the water abandoned sands once again. Perhaps it is mother nature's way of rearranging the furniture. ;) If not for man and beast, it would matter little her snits and rages. This is a gorgeous Springtime write, Eileen. My gardens are coming to life and my lettuce is growing more everyday. I haven't planted my tomatos yet, but perhaps in a couple of weeks. I am hoping that spring isn't coming too early this year and that Mother Nature doesn't have another snowstorm up her sleeve...some rain would be mighty nice though!! No birdies nesting yet so there may still be another chilly surprise in our future.
Take care,
Sherry
An enchanting and highly visual composition, Eileen that displays the duality of Nature and the all embracing love of Creator..
You are right, everything that is worth preserving and enjoying, must first be endured and suffered for, before we can taste the eternal
joys of salvation..
You excel in these masterly metaphorical compositions..
I hope you get back into your stride again soon too !
