Watch out where the Huskies go.

Poem Artwork

Atlanta was iced in,
Paralized for all intents.
Val and I took the dog out in the woods,
To follow some doggy scents.

While he was romping and playing,
Out there in the snow,
We got to talkin 'bout some other things,
Wouldn't Ya just know.

We touched upon the sexes,
And which was more clever,
At thinking on the go.
She said that she had always thought,
Men were so very slow.

I told her, "Men are superior always,
You pretty Blonde Haired Sister."
But she just looked and laughed and said,
"How is that, Mister, Mister?"

I said to her, "Just watch my dear,
Just watch and you will know."
And then I signed my autograph,
Right there in the snow...........

While my ego wants to agree with you. My pragmatic side tells me that to appear be the lesser at the right moments, is to excel and gain the upper ground. Then you would have her writing your name in the snow as you looked on with a wry smile! Remember the lyrics from the old song "The Gambler"? "You've got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, no when to run away". Let this wee bit of philosophy churn about in your head for a while Walt. I bid you love and peace my dear friend. ... but surely the woman who can do that MUST be superior to the man?! You could no way do this from our crouched position, Mr! :))) Tell me... did she give it a go?! Frank Zappa would love this - and challenge you to a competition! WTG - mind you don't freeze up! xxx
