This poem is written for my brother-in-law. He has had open heart surgery and the day after the surgery he had a stroke. He's in ICU , but by the grace of God he's improving.
May the Lord shine His loving light
Give you strength to stand
When you get tired and weary
May He reach down and hold your hand
You have been through alot
But the Lord has not left your side
He will never leave you, Curtis
Your needs He will provide
You and Juanita have always walked
The path He chose for you
The way has been long and hard
But He will see you through
We are all His children
He has everything carefully planned
He gives us no more
Than He knows we can withstand
May He wrap you in His tender care

What a beautiful and tender write, full of inspiration and faith! You are right my dear friend, the Lord will not allow our load to become too heavy to carry. He is a faithful God, whose grace is sufficient and who is always on time! His time is not our time, and our time is not His time...our prayers are with you and your family my friend!
