Very nice scene-setting, Sherry. I've been to a few nativity and paradise plays this last week and saw many an infant Jesus and foot-sore Joseph and Mary, no room at the inn for them. but three wise men on their trail, and the greatest story ever told about to unfold. Should be set to music and become a contemporary "classic" carol, Sherry. Would love to sing it... would love to write a tune to it... but am sadly lacking in the composition stakes.... which is a shame, because I can remember lying in bed as a 7 year-old and composing hymns to the "old tunes" in my head. TY for this new "tradition" that you've written here! There is a definitive feel about this Christmas I sense too !...Something's in the air !
And your beautifully simple rendition of Christmas and its utter spirituality, steals the breath away Sherry.
